Paid Internship Opportunity: Event Assistant for ILA Sawt
Location: Amman | Dates: May 24–31, 2025

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on intern to support the production of our upcoming intimate concert, volume 7 of ILA Sawt. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about music and interested in getting real experience in event planning and behind-the-scenes production.

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers and partners

• Pick up and drop off supplies (must have access to a car)

• Assist with setting up the venue (furniture, candles, signage, etc.)

• Be present and supportive during sound check and show day

• Help dismantle and clear up after the event

• Take on ad-hoc tasks as they come up

Key Dates:

• May 24–28: Light prep work (mostly remote, a few tasks a day)

• May 29: Sound check day (in-person from 4pm to 9pm)

• May 30: Show day (11 am to 11 pm)

• May 31: Post-event wrap-up (morning till afternoon)

Who you are:

• Flexible and proactive

• Good communicator and team player

• Willing to pitch in with all kinds of tasks — we all do all types of work

• Physically fit (for example can help carry bags, load up a car, etc.)

• Interested in music, events, and gaining hands-on experience

• Must have your own car for transport

• No previous experience required
